This Privacy Policy explains how AURA ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use aurahq.store (the "Site") or buy from us.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: your name, email address and profile photo if you sign up with email or Google Sign-In.
• Order information: items in your bag, delivery details and phone number you share when ordering.
• Wishlist: the products you save to your account.
• Payment information: card and Mobile Money payments are handled by Paystack. We do not see or store your card or MoMo PIN details.
• Device storage: your browser stores your bag and recently viewed product on your device so the Site works as expected.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To process, deliver and support your orders.
• To send a welcome email and important service messages.
• To save your wishlist across devices.
• To prevent fraud and keep the Site secure.

3. Google Sign-In

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive only your name, email address and profile photo. We use them to create and identify your AURA account and for nothing else. We do not access your Gmail, contacts or other Google data.

4. Service Providers

We use trusted third parties to run the Site: Google Firebase (sign-in and database), Paystack (payments), EmailJS (email delivery) and WhatsApp (order communication). They only receive the information needed to provide their service and handle it under their own privacy policies.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers above, with delivery partners to complete your order, or when required by law.

6. Data Retention and Security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to handle orders and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical measures to protect it, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your account data at any time by contacting us. You can also clear your bag and recently viewed items by clearing your browser storage.

8. Children

The Site is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
